  2. Hello . A small question. I was dealing with client for rice to be exported from INDIA. I spoke to my CHA person at Mundra. The client asked me for PHYTOSANITARY certificate , but I dont have it. My CHA said they can use theirs. Also I was not exporting in BOX. SO is it necessary or we can use agents certificate? even for spices I dont use a box. Please suggest me . Thanks
